NDIS SUPPORT, WORKING WITH CHILDREN & PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
H2O Health, also a performance training focused business, embraces a distinct ethical culture for disability support work that differs from traditional coaching approaches. Instead of pushing our clients with disabilities to achieve specific goals, we adopt a facilitative role. Our primary aim is to provide a free and inclusive space where individuals can enjoy life at their own pace and make choices based on their preferences. We create an environment that encourages self-exploration and learning, allowing participants to set their own goals and determine their path of progress. Our role as facilitators is to be there when assistance is needed, offering support and guidance. By prioritizing personal autonomy and individual choices, we ensure that our clients have the freedom to enjoy their journey, learn at their own time, and embrace life on their own terms.
We offer exceptional support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. We aim to facilitate their access to a range of community activities and services, fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
