H2O uses surf, movement coaching plus recreational strategies and programs to get the best results…. H2O Health’s purpose is to take a deep dive into what it is that truly motivates people to get back in touch with nature and the outdoors.

For H2O, health is all about simplicity and connection… Whether that’s with nature, ourselves or another, we enjoy being outdoors and making time for quality, active living. Professionalism and mutual respect between ourselves and clients is our priority. H2O takes the time to listen and understand what it is you need to improve your energy, stress levels, overall health and fitness.

Unveiling a distinctive approach beyond traditional personal training methods…

H2O Health believes exercise is a lifestyle and best taken with a slow approach, making small adjustments. Everyone is unique… While some may want to jump straight into the deep end of high performance, others may need to spend more time adapting.

Our programs are designed based around all movement coaching, nutrition, fitness, surf and recreational strategies, that complement and enhance your most regular day-to-day activities. Take a deep moment to think about which movements, habits and patterns you do the most of… These are the things that create your structure. H2O take’s a look at all of this to find a solution.

H2O Health’s programs first align to what motivates you, this is a powerful coaching strategy we use to help you connect with what it is you enjoy.

Our next step is then helping you find your own rhythm for using slow paced exercises, designed to improve stability and structural alignment in the body. H2O Health will then combine this with lessons using the ocean, and added outdoor recreation for freedom, creativity and fun… Movement is best to be grounding and stable for it to heal, but it also equally needs to be flexible, fun and agile to maintain. We ask you the questions and find the correct activities and exercises for your mind and body.
